Eastman and Laura Charles, both of Stow (2 Jan. 1859); notice to Moses Eastman, constable of Stow, ordering him to notify the townspeople of a town meeting (31 Aug. 1861); an order to report for duty to William D. Emerson to the Maine Militia (14 Oct. 1862); and an undated town document pledging 100 dollars to any man who volunteers for the militia.
